Vero Beach Restaurants

OK time for some dining tips from all the Vero Pro's.

Will be at Vero for 5 days over President's week. DW and I have eaten at Disney and it has been very good.

Looking for a few places that we can take the DD 10 & DS 6. They like all the basic food groups, pizza, burgers and dessert. They are not from ther big sitters, but would like a place that DW and I can find something other than fast food.

The resort itself has very good food-burgers are great and I'm not a big burger eater. I enjoyed the pizza from the little pizza place just north of the resort Pasta Lavista???-I know others on these boards said they didn't like it. There is also a Domino' in VB and one in Sebastian.

If you want to eat in town there is a restaurant guide at the front desk.

We always eat at Casey's Place in town when we are there-you can probably get directions from a CM-great sandwiches-hot dogs-fries-blt's-they have a really big local lunch crowd.

Hi, Ask the cast members for dining tips off property..The book in the lobby has alot of restaurants but they are "approved" by the general manager.We have found quite a few that were not listed and they were excellent. I don't know if there are politics involved....Mary in Shutters and Helen in the Green Cabin Room can help you with suggestions.......
