Vero Beach Resale Question

Hi Friends:

My family is thinking about buying into DVC. I noticed on the various resale lists that Vero beach has generally the most listings and the lowest prices per point. Am I missing something because it looks like a lot of people want to get off this boat?

I could never have enough VB pts. We LOVE the place. It is truly one of the best resorts we have ever stayed at.

If you are going to buy VB pts to use at WDW all of the time, don't do it. Buy where you want to stay.

If you are going to frequent VB, then buy there.

I think there are so many more VB resales because people buy there with plans to only use their pts at WDW. Some of the time this works but there are times when it won't.
