I have just made some last minute reservations for Vero Beach for the week of June 2. Can anyone advise me whether I should be trying to make dinner reservations now?I would also like to try the Sunday brunch and rent bikes for a 7 mile trail I saw advertised on the official DVC site. Anyone familiar with this. Any help would be appreciated. I was just wondering if Vero is more laid back or do you have to be as much of an advance planner for this resort as you do for WDW resorts.

Vero tends to be more laid back. If you are interested in the Character breakfast, then I'd suggest PS reservations a week or so out. If you are interested in the brunch, than I'd at least make reservations two days prior. They do get some traffic from the community, as the restaurant is open to the public.

Just an FYI, the brunch at Sonya's was excellent. We took my DH there for Father's Day brunch last year and it was absolutely wonderful.........The regular brunch may not have as much but I am sure it is just as good. There is a restaurant list up at the Cabin Room with menu's from local restaurants, check it out.

You'll love VB!!
Enjoy!!!
