What is the cost per point at the Vero Beach Resort?

Just returned two weeks ago. Vero Beach was $84/point. Disney is offering Magical Beginnings of $15/ point if you sell back your current points, making your cost $69/point. Believe you have to buy a minimum of 150 points to take advantage of this.
FYI: Maintenance fees are higher at VB.

How much are maintenance fees per point at Vero Beach?

I believe, for 2003, VB is $4.37/point (highest) vs. OKW at $3.49/point (lowest). BCVs, currently availabe with Magical Beginnings, is $3.97/point.

Not a huge difference is you average it out over the year.

I am sure that someone will correct me if I am wrong.

Hilton Head - $3.69
Beach Club Villas - $3.97
Wilderness Lodge - $4.05
Boardwalk Villas - $4.10
Vero Beach - $4.37
