Vero Beach Memorial Day 2018?

Hi all! I was wondering how difficult you think it would be to book Vero Beach 7 months out for a Memorial Day vacation in 2018. I'm wanting to try something different for my husand's birthday next year, which falls over Memorial Day. We've done Aulani, which is absolutely gorgeous, but we have two little ones now and that's an awfully long flight for them.
Also, any pictures and other information you may have is appreciated. Thanks!

Memorial Day weekend to Labor Day weekend approaches a somewhat high demand time where studios, 1BRs and 2BRs can sometimes be gone for a couple days in a week and more around July 4, but often they are actually open for a week at 8 a,m, at exactly 7 months out but can disappear quickly after 8 a.m.
