Vero Beach Inn rooms?

I have looked through the Vero Beach page here but did not find what I was looking for.

For the Inn side, Ocean view any rooms that have a better view than others or what should we list as a request for possible good view?
First time staying here for two nights in mid November which are a Wednesday / Thursday night.

Higher floor will be better. Inn rooms are on floors 2, 3, and 4. The Green Cabin Room on the second floor occupies the center section of the building, with verandah seating overlooking the ocean, so there are fewer ocean view rooms on that floor.

Maybe request an open railing. Some rooms have an open railing and some have a half wall which makes it a little harder so see over when seated
