I remember those things biting in August, do I have to worry at this time of year? Or do I have to bring that spray I've packed away only for Vero?

TIA

My friend was badly bitten some years ago in November at Vero, so I would take that spray with you as insurance :). I was bitten too, but she was affected for weeks afterwards whereas it was only a few days for me.

I would bring the spray.
It's been warm this fall so I think you'll be glad to have it especially for the hours around dusk.

Just had a coworker return from Vero last week. They had a great time but said the noseeums were really bad and limited the time spent on their balcony. She was happy she had skin so soft but even with it they were bitten a few times so I would definitely take something and a perimeter spray for the balcony.

When is the best time to visit VB without having to worry about the noseeums, thinking about a trip during the month of June.
