Vero Beach-beach cottage

I love the beach cottage at Vero beach but am not a DVC member. Does anyone know if there is any availiblity for the beach cottage from 23-28 July. Please let me know I will really appreciate it.

You'd have to call the resort directly to find out. I've been to Vero four times and I think they are usually available. The number is 772-234-2000

I called all booked is it really possible or is it because I am not DVC?

It's quite possible. There are only 4, you are a little more than a month out, and it is summer.

If I want a beach cottage in the summer, I usually book them with cash a year ahead of time. Its the only way to be sure of getting one. But they can be canceled up to 5 days ahead of checkin so you could end up with one. You never know. There are 6 beach cottages.

Babylisa, since we are considering buying VB contract for the Beach Cottage, I am interested in what you are saying and want to understand it fully. Are you saying that you are a DVC member and are able to reserve a BC a year in advance paying cash? I had always thought that the rooms were not allowed to be booked using cash until closer to the date (maybe 60-90 days out) which is after many of the DVC members had booked. If you are able to do this then it doesn't seem right to the VB owners.
