vero beach 1-bedroom balconies?

Can anyone tell me what these are like? Covered (can you sit out in a rainstorm?) - private? any good views?

I don't know the answer but i will be there the third week in August in a 1BDR and would love to know.

It's been 3 years since we have been there, I think we were in building 13 (?) on the 3rd floor. The balcony was covered and a pretty good size. We could (and did) sit out in a rainstorm. We had a gorgeous straight on view of the ocean. I know many here say that the only view of the ocean is in the rooms in the Inn, but that is not accurate. I actually think we had the room you see on the website, as we had windows across the front and wrapped around the side of the unit. Glorious!!!

The balconies for the one bedroms are not all the same.. All are covered and reasonably private. One year we had a room on the second (middle) floor and the balcony was rather small. There was a small table and two chairs. It was enclosed about half way (3 ft??) so when you sat down you really couldn't see much.

The other times we've had a room on the third (top) floor and had what we considered a full balcony. There was a sizeable round table and at least four chairs. The railings were not enclosed so you had a good view whether standing or sitting.
