Vero Beach – one bed room/ocean view???

Hi-ya folks,

We just booked our first Vero Beach trip! Today, the seven month widow opened up and we called 9:00 am and got our dates in August. We are wicked excited that we could get it. So we were wondering how many one bedrooms have ocean views? Are they hard to get? Should we request one now or wait until check-in?
