Has anyone else had problems with Verizon's billing lately? A couple months ago, I paid my bill then got a message saying they had made an error and over charged me. Cool! So, I got back a check from them for $112. Then, a couple weeks later, I got a past due bill for $112.
Ok, sent it back in along with last months's payment so I was paid in full. Now, I get a paper bill with a past due amt plus this month's fees, but when I look online, it says my balance due is only $20? My last payment was 3 weeks ago, plenty of time to be on this bill. I am so confused, none of these numbers for our 3 phones add up! I think they purposely send you a 7 page bill so you can't tell what the heck you are paying for!
