I'm assuming you're talking about data use from internet use? I'm not aware of any. For Fios you're paying for the top speeds per plan rather than an amount of data used like some other providers. The faster you want your internet the more you'll spend. Actual speeds will vary but are generally close to what you selected. (as in, you pay for Gigabit speeds but not all your traffic is at the 1,000 Mbps rate. however, you should most times be close and faster than if you had picked a lower package)
 

We also have FiOS and I never understood when other Disers would talk about reaching their limits with comcast (or other providers). I always thought that was a cell phone thing, not a home internet thing. So to answer your question: No. We have no caps.
