Verification of owner on Orange County website

When we were considering another add on rental from an owner, we verified the owner's recorded deed on the Orange County website that was given on this board. This was in January, and now when checking the website it shows no record of this person. Would it be removed that quickly if the owner sold or forfeited their ownership?

We are renting points from an owner, and friends of ours decided to go so we wanted to rent additonal points from someone. I had several people contact me with points to rent from our original inquiry so I was following up on these. When I checked in January one of the owner's name was on the website but when I checked recently it wasn't.

Are you sure you entered the name correctly? You need to enter the last name then a space and then the first name without a comma in between.

We haven't paid anything for this second rental. I was double checking the ownership for this and that is when it didn't show up on the Orange County website. It did show up back in January.

We paid for our rental, but this owner did not have any points left to rent additonally for our friends to go. So I was looking into another owner's points to rent.

We should be okay - but I was just curious why someone's name might not show up in March when it showed up in January.

They could have sold or Disney could have taken it back from them I am not really sure.

Even the contract I sold a year ago is still listed there.

I would try again, paying close attention to how you enter the name...as Lisa mentioned. The listing shouldn't just go away.

If they sold, that sale should be reflected on the website. If Disney foreclosed, the legal actions (there would be several) should be reflected on the website.
