you state that:

"DCL will send you an excursion booklet closer to the 60 day out date. You can't make any DCL excursions until 60 days out from your cruise, also, your excursions through DCL are charged to your stateroom account."

does this mean i have to send extra money when i pay off my balance to cover ?or do they bill me when i board? or charge my cc ahead of time? thankyou so very much for your help ºoº

Any excursions you book through DCL are charged to your stateroom account. You have until 2 days prior to sailing to cancel an excursion and not be charged.

and if THEY cancel an excursion while you are on the ship, you will not be charged.
