OK folks--this is the current burning question in my house:

What is the going rate from the Tooth Fairy for the first lost tooth. My DS has his first loose tooth, and I don't think it is going to last the day tomorrow. The only downside is that he is spending the night tomorrow at my parents since I leave bright and early on Saturday for FL (yep, had to slip that in). So, I want to have an evelope with the $$$$ and some glitter (just in case the TF {tooth fairy as opposed to tag fairy} forgets how to get to my folks house!

it depends on how ugly it makes your kid, like if its his front tooth, you gotta pay big, because there going to be ugly for a few months

long post

In the past few months John has lost 5 teeth. The first one he got 5 dollars and the rest a buck each. I actually paid a little more since he didn't have enough for his toy but he did pull out the last 2 teeth by himself so I thought he deserved it.

$5 for the first tooth
$1 for each afterwards

and the pay goes up if you forget.:D

The Tooth Fairy that comes to my house says it's a buck per year of age.:) My dd was 6 yo, so she got $6. My ds is 6, but doesn't have the first tooth lose yet. I think he's going to wait until he's 95 before he loses his first tooth so he can rake in the dough.:teeth:
