The strap on my Vera Bradley (non Disney pattern) mini hipster just came loose from the purse. Does anyone know if I can bring it to a Vera store to return/exchange for a new mini hipster or if I will need to take it someplace to get the strap sewn back on?

I've never had an issue with a Vera Bradley product, myself. But, I am sure they would be very accommodating if you take it back to a VB retail store. I would be very surprised if they did not offer an exchange. Good Luck!

Hi, My DD"s billfold that we bought at the Orlando Outlet had the metal clasp on it break. I returned it to my local outlet in Wrentham MA with NO PROBLEM at all. They just gave me a replacement. Joan

My Disney Vera Bradley hipster strap just came loose and I've only had it for two weeks. Of course the friend that brought it back from Disney for me didn't save the receipt. We aren't heading to Disney until March.

Thank you! I took your suggestion and emailed them. They are sending me a prepaid UPS envelope to return my hipster and then sending me a new one. Hoping that it has good placement like my current one but just happy to have one that isn't falling apart.
