Vera Bradley return at Disney

Posted this on Theme Park board with no response. Anyone know??

When we were at Epcot in June, hubby bought me 3 different Vera Bradley items. I am only using one of them and would like to return the other two. Problem is I don't have a receipt. They do still have the tags. What are my options? Can I exchange them for other souvenirs if not able to get my money back? Thanks!

All I can say is give them a call and ask. Make sure you get the name of the person you speak with. Good luck!

Good luck! Just this weekend I returned a new item to WDW. Two managers on two different days said even though the item was new and I had the receipt since it had been over 30 days all I could get was a merchandise credit. The receipt says original form of payment. But I was refused.

According to what I see on the receipt you "might" be able to get a merch credit without a receipt. But that may depend on if WDW considers Vera Bradley "special" merchandise. Then all sales final.
