I'm just curious, why does everyone like these so much? I didn't mean that to sound rude , I'm just wondering if it's the patterns, etc, as to why they are so popular?

Well they're pretty high-quality designer bags with a much nicer price than Coach or Prada. ;P I thought the patterns were so gaudy at first (and I still think some of them are!) but they're really pretty and unique.

Not to mention they're SO durable and machine-washable. I've had the same bucket tote for four years and it's as good as ever. No rips, tears, anything. Which is amazing because it lasted me through all of highschool and now college. And I take it everywhere. (Including WDW hehe)

So yeah, quality, price, and patterns are all the reasons why I prefer them.

The dimensions are listed on each item page. Was there a specific one you had in mind? All three on sale are on the smaller side. Like regular hand-bags.

Oooooo.......I bit! I was just telling my dh yesterday that I needed a fun springy/summer purse. I bought the Raspberry Fizz in On the Go. Very cute! It's my first Vera, but the price was nice.

I'll add my two cents. I do not like all of them. There are some patterns and styles I do like very much (Mod pink floral, Kensington and Java BLue are some of my favs). My mom loves the On the Gostyle b/c it is easy to find her phone in. All of the bags have convenient sections in them. Everything has a place.

The thing I love most about them is that they are so comfortable to carry and easy to access stuff in them. I have three Coach bags and they are no where near as comfortable or easy to use as my VB. I also tend to dress in solids, so I don't have to worry about clashing with my purses.

I have had some wear my "tie" something style mod pink floral bag (color and style are discontinued). You can see wear and tear on the straps, but I have used that bag to death and washed it twice.

The outside pockets seem to be about 4-4.5 inches wide. I'm not sure what the dimensions are of the iPhone. But I'm pretty sure the pockets should be accommodating.

For those of you who like VB, do the tote bags ever go on sale or is it just the purses?

I've got a dd who would like one, I'm sure, but we try to steer away from overpriced designer stuff. At the reduced prices, I'd probably go for it though, and save it for an occasion.

I've occasionally seen the prices of the bigger bags go down, usually only for the older colors though.

A good place to try to find cheaper ones is eBay though. You can find them new but at a much lower price than you'd get directly from VB.

My mom has the Blackberry Storm and it fits. Seems like the iphone is a little longer than the BB, but I would think it would be fine.
