Most definitely need to speak to your attorney ASAP and revoke the POA. Also, call your bank or go to the bank and speak with the bank manager. Banks are held to very strict regulations. It is beyond my comprehension that a bank would allow anyone access to an account that is not in their name or that their name is not included on the account. A friend of ours has a POA with my husband on it. But, it is only used when she has surgery or any medical procedures. She has no family and needs to know that someone could handle her affairs if something happens to her.
