I ordered a book off of Amazon from a seller that is not Amazon, and it was described in "Good" condition. It took a month to get here, and the book is garbage. The binding is not attached to the pages of the book book and several of the pages are just stuffed in,they apparently fell out and I amsure there are some missing, and they are not in any particular order. I am trying to sort out how to return it, and it needs to be shipped back to the UK> how much is that going to cost? I am so annoyed.

BTW I have bought a lot og books on amazon from amazon and never had a problem before. This is just one bad egg

It may be spendy to ship it back. Check USPS.gov to figure out the cost.

(unless you guys did something outside of amazon's system, like shipping where they shouldn't, etc)...You're covered with the A to Z guarantee, contact Amazon!

I'm always conscious of who the seller is, when I use Amazon.com, and am very cautious when buying from a vendor who is not Amazon.com itself.

I second the contact amazon recommendation. Your return shipping should be covered. We usually have good luck with resellers through Amazon, abebooks, etc, but every now and then there is a problem. My D still hasn't received one of her college textbooks she ordered through half.com. (out of about 15 ordered, the rest came fine)

Contact Amazon. I just sold some textbooks through them and they don't even deposit the money back to the seller for at least 2 weeks. I assume it is to take care of any complaints and refunds such as yours.
