I went to Kroger and got a cart of groceries and had a few coupons. I had 2 internet coupons each for Cheerios, Lucky Charms, Chex and Chex Mix. The cashier said you can only use 2 internet coupons total for all General Mills products. (She was also trying to tell me my margerine coupon was also General Mills.) The coupon policy is posted right at the register and it says nothing about limiting internet coupons, just a limit of 3 of the same coupon. So, I asked for a manager and when she finally got up there she said it falls under the line at the top saying they have the right to limit coupons, and then walked off! What, so they can just make stuff up every time we go to check out so they don't have to accept our coupons? I was so mad, I left and didn't buy anything, which I've never done!
Is this due to the stupid coupon shows? It isn't like I was get a pallat of cereal for free or something! Why do they have to make things so difficult and keep changing their rules?
