Vent=Idiot neighbors

I feel sorry for their children & their pets. They let their kitten and puppy run around on a very busy street. I had to rescue the kitten again today. I just want to scoop him up and take him in, but I know they will just get another. I can't help but think it is just a matter of time before one of their pets or children gets hit by a car. This is just one of a million times we have had to save them, their kids, their pets, or help them unstick their car.

They are young, irresponsible, and do not seem to have any common sense. I could tell you a million and one examples of why we fear for the survival of anyone in their care, but well, none of it is really "criminal" it is just bad judgement and lack of common sense.

I *think* first grade and kindegarten, but I am just guessing that since i saw the first grade teacher walk the kids home once last year.

That young, if I saw them in the street without any supervision, I'd call the police and let them know.

Our old neighbors used to let their children run around all the time at very young ages. We never called police because they were always in yards or sidewalks, but everyone was always kind of waiting for tragedy to happen. It did. The mother backed over one of the children and killed her. Of course, that could have happened to anyone, but I think maybe the girl was just so used to running outside by herself that she did without asking/telling her dad and the mom didn't know she'd run out. The little girl was around two.

Oh the parents are there, they are just morons. They always have some sort of reason for their stupidity.
