Veil Choice

Hi!!

I am planning on having an updo for my wedding. What would you suggest for a veil choice? Veil shopping is so confusing! I really like the cascade style, but is it too long? I don't want the veil to go below the middle of my back. My veil will be under the updo, like i see most wedding updos on these boards

I say go to a salon and try a bunch on. I was positive I wouldn't want a veil at all. Well, turns out I want a long veil. It's almost a cathedral length but I can't remember the name. You can always make one to be the perfect length for you. I think fingertip and elbow length are pretty popular but those would go down to the middle of your back. Good luck!!! You could always do a birdcage. It looks really great with almost any dress!

I had a fingertip veil..I made it myself and it was tucked in above the twist

I will be wearing an elbow length veil. I found a fingertip length that I really loved, but the consensus was that it's too formal for my wedding. I would try on different veils, preferably with your dress on, and just see what you like best.
