My Jeep GC is black. I will never again get another black car. It always looks dirty. I'm looking for a new car & I'd like to get something different, I think I've had almost every color car now. Maybe I'll just get a custom tie-dye paint job with some hidden Mickeys.
My Jeep is black too and it drives me nuts. I don't mind the fact that it looks dirty as much as you can see every little scratch. I had a choice between white & black and chose blank against everyone's advice
My saab is black and I agree with everyone else about a black car--it always looks dirty, except for the times when it looks green from all of the pollen. I definitely will choose a different color next time.
It's called Billet Silver metallic. I have no idea what Billet means, nor is the color even the slightest metallic. It's just a very soft, subdued silvery color.

Mine too!!! Every scratch stands out like a sore thumb. Not to mention the fact that I was designated driver for a bunch of friends last summer & one of them vomited all over the outside of the car. I had to take it to the body shop & have it buffed out. It still looks terrible. The car isn't even 3 years old & looks like crap!
I really do love my Jeep, though. I'm debating getting another one, or maybe a Honda Odyssey. It may come down to the colors choices available.
It's a Honda Odyssey and it's called Desert Rock. It's a champagne/light tan color. Not surprising since poohandwendy and I usually give similar answers.
