Veggie sub at Restaurantosaurus

Does anyone know if the vegetable sub at Restaurantosaurus at AK the same or similar to the grilled veggie sandwich at Backlot Express at HS? The free refills on drinks at Restaurantosaurus are tempting, but the menu isn't that great. We love the grilled veggie sandwich at BE though, so it'd be great if R-osaurus is serving something similar (plus I love sweet potato fries!)

I, too, love the sandwich at BE. I've only had the veggie sub once, last Christmas. As I recall it was somewhat similar, but the bread was soft, not chewy. My husband really enjoyed it and you can use the toppings bar to add more veggie - warm mushrooms, onions, plus cold veggies. I think you should go for it.

Btw, I was at the AK yesterday and the veggie sub and the shrimp po'boy are still on the menu. I bring this up because last week there was discussion that they were gone and off the menu.
