Veggie Options at Ohana???

Can someone please tell me what you have gotten if you don't eat meat for the dinner service? This dinner looks like it would be a fun experience for us, but I'm concerned about the food.

I'm not sure that there are any. I would suggest contacting the restaurant ahead of time for their opinion before you get there and are disappointed.

Ohana is a 'fixed' menu. Most of the items are not veggie type foods. Disney will do what they can to accomodate diners given enough notice.

Perhaps someone else can chime in with their experience.

Here is a great vegetarian review of Ohana...sounds like if you can go on a night when Chef TJ is there you will have a VERY memorable experience! Scroll down to post #4. Heck, I am not even vegetarian and this meal looks incredible!

Don't worry. As a vegan and with an impending trip to the world coming up, I filled out a special dietary needs request form. They also suggest that you call ahead and when you get to the restaurant, make sure you let your server know about your dietary restrictions. Most places are usually quite accomodating. Vegetarians and vegans alike have been managing to get by on their vacations to Walt Disney World pretty well, and the above poster linked one of my favorite vegan dining reviews - they list the e-mail and phone number for the special dietary needs hotline.

Relax, if Chef TJ is working on the night you plan on going to 'Ohana (which I believe is any day but Friday and Saturday), you will be in good hands Enjoy your trip to 'Ohana!
