Veggie burger question

When we were at WDW in 2008, I had a great veggie burger at All Stars Music.

We returned last April, and I had one at the Electric Umbrella and it was awful. The bun was rock hard and the burger wasn't like a Boca burger, but had a lot of chopped veggies in it, which suprisingly made it taste weird (to me).

So are these "new" veggie burgers standard everywhere? Or can I still get something that's like the original Boca burger anywhere?

Thanks!

I don't think they do boca anymore. This veggie one is called the Malibu burger and I think it's by Gardenburger. I actually find it pretty tasty, I've had it at DLR and WDW and the ones I've gotten have been cooked nicely, but I don't think that every CM does it right.

People either love or hate the veggie burgers. Usually if you used to love it you hate the newer ones and if you hated them then you love them now. They were boca burgers originally and Gardenburgers veggie burgers now. Personally I haven't tried the old or new as I usually find enough vegan food to eat without doing the veggie burgers.

I don't like boca burgers though, so most likely I'd like the newer ones.

I loved the Veggie Burgers at Cosmic Rays last year. I have no idea how they compare to the ones you refer to, but they were fresh, tasty and hot both times I ate there.

Thanks for the feedback. When at Cosmic Rays, I love their veggie wrap so I've never tried their burger. Maybe I'll give that a shot the next time. Thx!
