Vegetarians?

I've been to Disney three times, but this will be my first as a vegetarian. What kind of vegetarian foods are offered at disney?

I am not a vegetarian so I can't speak with experience, but from the many things I have read, Disney seems to offer a lot of vegetarian options at a lot of places. HTH!
