Hello Disers! I have been lurking on this thread for quite a while, and decided to do my own trip report! I am so glad you decided to take a look.

First, a little bit about me.

(Our most recent pics are from a Star Wars party - not that i need to explain that ;))

My name is Courtney. I am 27. I am the Disney nut - have been to WDW 8 times now! Not a big number compared to many, but my parents never took me - this is a self-cultivated obsession :figment:

My boyfriend and travelling companion's name is Jay - he is 26, soon to be 27. We will be celebrating his birthday during the trip. He has recently started to 'dip his toes' in the Disney fanatic waters. We have been together for 2 years.

We are both vegetarians. I have been for 13 years, now - Jay is newly converted, and has been one for about 4 months. He has been doing great and I can't wait to finally be able to share meals and try each other's food! We love to eat out, and outside of the dietary restriction, we are relatively adventurous eaters.

We were at Disney World this January for 4 days, and are pretty psyched that it will be so different in such a short bridge between trips. We are doing the Deluxe Dining Plan, and have some great reservations lined up! We also have a lot of snack credits! This is my first trip staying at a non-value resort. We will be at POFQ, and we might have to get a beignet or 2, while we are there...

December 10th:
50s Prime Time - I just recently swapped Sci Fi for this ressie - the Veggie Meatballs on the menu weren't appealing to me, but I just saw they have a new agnolotti for vegetarians, so I am ready to give it a shot!

Via Napoli - We ate here last trip and loved it so much. Can't wait to try it again.

December 11th:
Ohana Breakfast - We are suckers for all you can eat scrambled eggs and fruit!

Snacks for lunch

Cali Grill -Can't wait for this one! Will be there for fireworks, as well.

December 12th:
Kona Cafe - Tonga Toast! :woohoo:

Tutto Italia

Flying Fish Cafe

December 13th:
Be Our Guest - Woke up at 5am to snag this ADR - can't wait!

December 14th:
Kouzzina

Hollywood Brown Derby - Excited to try the Cobb Salad (minus the meat)

Monsieur Paul - Don't know WHAT to expect here - I think it opens in a few days and I still haven't seen a menu! I'm sure it will be good, though.

I anticipate taking a LOT of pictures! Can't wait to fill you all in on my trip. Happy reading!:wave2:

Awesome plans!! I am 37 days away from going and I can hardy stand it, so I know you must be beyond excitied at this point!! Have a blast:santa:

I am so jealous you are at DW right now! Can't wait to hear how it went. Especially the new Be Our Guest restaurant---I can't wait to go there it looks so wonderful.
