My brother will be travelling with me on this trip and is a vegetarian. That doesn't mean he only wants to eat salads or vegetables. Need suggestions.

Two of my favorites are the lighthouse sandwich at Columbia Harbour House (MK) and the vegetarian platter at Tangierine Cafe (Epcot WS, Morocco). Also, yummy sweet treats at the allergy kiosk in AK.

There are vegetarian options at almost all QS locations. My favourite places to eat are these:
MK: Colombia Harbour House, Lighthouse sandwich mentioned above is amazing! The vegetarian chilli is pretty good too. Be Our Guest for lunch: Quinoa salad is so good! Pecos and Bill has a pretty good veggie burger. Oh, and the nutella and fruit waffle sandwich at Sleepy Hollow counts as lunch, right?

EP: Sunshine Seasons food court has tons of vegetarian options from sushi, to vegetarian tamerind beef, to amazing veggie flatbread sandwiches. My favourite QS for vegetarians in the world pavilions is Tangierine Cafe: get the vegetarian platter with couscous, hummus and tabouleh or the falafel wrap which is quite good. My next choice is at Les Halles Boulangerie Patisserie where you can get Brie aux Pommes, or Quiche Florentine, or Tartine Provencales, not to mention all the yummy pastries to enjoy afterwards. I have also eaten at La Cantina de San Angel which offers guacamole with chips, and cheese empanadas which are ok but nothing to write home about.

HS: The backlot express has a pretty good grilled vegetable sandwich and you can get a veggie pizza at Toy Story Pizza.

AK: Too bad he is vegetarian because that BBQ meat at Flame tree BBQ is so good, but don't panic there are veggie options available in the park too. Pizzafari has veggie pizzas. Restaurantosaurus has a black bean burger and Mr. Kamal's vegetarian cart has tons of veggie options: falafel sandwiches, asian noodle salad, hummus with pita and veggies, samosas, and edamame.

Hope that help!

This pretty much sums it up!!

Alexsandra pretty much covered everything! The only additions I can think of are Cosmic Rays in MK also has a veggie burger and I think a grilled veggie sandwich now as well. And the Yak & Yeti QS at AK has a couscous & veggie wrap that was decent. (And I have to throw a recommendation in for Les Halles at EPCOT. My fave QS there used to be Tangerine Cafe, but I think Les Halles has surpassed them. Both the Brie aux Pommes and the Quiche Florentine are delicious, not to mention all the yummy dessert options.)

Don't worry, he will find plenty of things to eat.

Same! I had the Tartine aux Fromage and the Pissaladiere. The Tartine was the winner. It was a piece of bread with some kind of tomato sauce, loads of melted cheese and then a round of goat cheese in the center.

I'll throw this into the mix too. The QS/snack place in the German pavilion in Epcot has Nudel Gratin, which is like a delicious, rich macaroni and cheese. They also have house made paprika chips, which were good, if underseasoned.

Like other posters, I always get the Lighthouse Sandwich from Columbia Harbor House. It's really good, and so is their vegetarian chili.

I had a great vegetarian lunch at La Cantina de San Angel (empanadas). I also had the vegetarian platter in Tangerine Cafe and that was good too. In MK, I like Peco Bill's veggie burger and onion rings.
