Vegetarian Options in the DLR

Napa Rose would be my first choice, but Catal might be good too. Their veggie paella is tasty, and since most paella isn't vegetarian it's a nice treat. Also, the atmosphere is nice for a birthday dinner. My wife's a vegetarian who doesn't like eggplant or portobello mushrooms so I feel your pain.
