Vegetarian options at Aulani and surrounding areas

We will soon be travelling to Aulani for the first time. Both my husband and father-in-law are vegetarian. Any suggestions for vegetarian-friendly options at Aulani or near the resort? We plan to consult with staff there about it as well for options. Any ideas are appreciated!

Monkey Pod across the street has a few vegetarian options. My wife tried the gnocchi over there and liked it so much that we went back on our last day to have it again. We also tried Roy's, but it only has one option; could work though. AMA AMA on site has good options so does Makahiki, which is buffet. Makahiki is more geared towards meat eaters, so vegetarians may not get value for the price, especially for dinner.

There are some great vegetarian places in Kapolei just down the highway about 5 mins.

Aloha Salads comes to mind, there is a new Cheesecake Factory there that obviously has some choices.

Monkeypod does have some unique and delicious options, even on the half price app menu. I had their eggplant babaganoush with taro chips and it was incredible

Assaggios in Kapolei, an Italian place, would have good vegetarian options.
