Vegetarian Option...

We will be leaving Friday for our long awaited vacation ,and I was curious if anyone knew if I could make my Vegetarian request for dinner at the Hoop Dee Doo Review, as well as CRT and Liberty Tree Tavern. Can I do this at the podeum upon arrival or do I need to call adhead??

My guess is that yes, you can make a special request. BUT ... you will have to so so in advance. Are you vegan? Othewise, CRT should have a non-vegan non-meat option for lunch and dinner and you can ask for breakfast without the meats. LTT probably also has vegetarian selections, but you may want to call to see if they can offer you something more. HdD serves chicken and ribs. You will have to call to have a special meal prepared. Disney requests that you ask 72 hours in advance.

If you are vegan, then you will probably have to order each meal specially.

IF you are veggie, not vegan, CRT had a great veggie entree - one of the best I have had at WDW.

LTT had something called 'amber waves of grain' that others recommend; I have not eaten there or HDD...

I did HDD last year and added the "veggie" info to my reservation. When I checked in at the resort, there was a message for me to call HDD, and they read a list of entrees I could choose from.
The server was very thorough about telling me what side dishes had meat in them, too.
