What do you think are the best sit down choices for two, lacto-ovo vegetarians, so no fish for us, and a toddler? We loved Agrabah last time and what to go there again, but where else would you experts, suggest?

I'd be interested too, my wife is a vegetarian.

We've been to France (though not to DLP) a few times and it's always more difficult to find restaurants with veggie food than it is in the UK.

If you want a sit down and not a buffet you aren't going to have much choice :confused3

In the park Walt's have 2 starters and 1 main course that's végé. Blue Lagoon have 1 starter and 1 main course.

In the Village you'll find a végé burger at Annette's plus a couple of sides and no doubt one at Planet Hollywood.
Café Mickey has pasta and pizza plus soup and salad in the starters.
The Steakhouse also has a soup and a végé lasagna I remember when I took the new menus

I imagine that the hotel restaurants would have a pasta dish and of course could do you a plate of veg but it's not that exciting I agree :sad2:

I'm vegan so have an even bigger challenge at DLP! I managed fine last time I went in September and wrote a blog post about it, might be worth a read even though you will probably have a lot more choice as a lacto ovo.

Took the link out but if you do a search for 'vegan disneyland paris' in google it's the second link that comes up, after DLRP Magic.

Sorry, buffet, is ok, I just want something besides fast food/walk up. I will check out your post Kiki thanks!

We are all veggie (no fish), just got back and basically we ate at:

- inventions; less veggie than last time - only spaghetti, veg risotto and two dishes of mixed veg for hot mains. Plenty of salad though.

- agrabah; less hot food than last time; potatoes and spinach lasagne. As always, plenty of delicious cold food.

- cafe mickey; we had fantasy land mushrooms which were delicious and then the pasta which was also good.

- annettes; there is a veggie burger and an enormous cheese salad which are both good.

- restaurant des stars; plenty of cold veggie salad etc. Only pasta and potatos for hot choices.

I think there is actually less veggie options than when we went last time in 2009 :(

Also, check food content with more than one chef ;-) Out of three chefs at inventions, one said the veggie risotto had chicken, another said that there was some fish in there 'somewhere' and a third insisted it was 'all' veggie. I was the guinea pig and as far as I could tell it wall all okay, certainly tasted great :)

I was having a look at the DLRP restaurant menus again (available on DLRP magic) and I noticed that Earl of Sandwich have a kids menu which includes a PB&J sandwich. As a vegan, that would be an ideal sandwich for me to have for lunch as something a bit different to chips and salad- the menu lists it under 'Just 4 kids' though. Does anyone know if they would sell this to an adult? (I would be happy to pay the adult price).

They don't look and see who's buying what for who so you can order it for yourself :goodvibes

They are roughly half the size of a normal sandwich though so you might want to get something else with it.

If you look at the restaurant sticky ^^ there's a picture of a breakfast sandwich, it's that size.

:goodvibes

Thanks! I did do a search for earl of sandwich threads but nothing came up, didn't see the sticky! I would probably get crisps and fruit but could always just buy 2 if I was really hungry lol!popcorn::
