Hi All! We have been to Disney many times but we have recently become Vegetarians and need some help planning. We don't eat any meat but do eat eggs, dairy and will eat fish at Disney because it is farm raised. Does anyone have any suggestions for places to eat, both quick service and sit downs that offer good options?
Thank you in advance!

There are a lot of options, most restaurants have something vegetarian available. Here are some of the things I've liked.

Magic Kingdom - Skipper's Canteen for sit down, Columbia Harbor has a hummus sandwich that's good and Pecos Bill's has tex-mex bowl options.

Animal Kingdom - Satuli Canteen for quick serve, and Tiffin's for sit down. I haven't been there but people give Yak and Yeti good reviews too. If you want a character buffet, Tusker House is good.

Hollywood Studios - I didn't really love anything here. It's not on the menu for some reason but several of the quick service places (including Woody's) have a veggie chili. The vegetarian option at Hollywood Brown Derby was good the last time I went but it changes.

Epcot - lots of good veggie options, mostly depends on what you feel like eating. I like the Mexico restaurants.

Resorts - I really like the Wave at the contemporary, they have a great vegetarian menu.

A lot of the restaurants have separate vegetarian menus so mention to the server that you're vegetarian in case that's the case,

My DD is a vegetarian. Every TS restaurant will have at least one vegetarian option. It's hit and miss at the CS restaurants.

Check out All Ears Menus here for current menus http://www.allears.net/dining but be prepared for change.

Magic Kingdom
Be Our Guest with 2 vegetarian options, plus a tuna nicoise salad
Columbia Harbor House with the Lighthouse hummus sandwich
Pecos Bill's vegetable rice bowl

Epcot
Sunshine Seasons has a few vegetarian options, plus a sesame crusted tuna asian noodle salad
France, Boulangerie Patisserie les Halles has vegetarian quiches plus yummy pastries
Japan, Katsura Grill has Shrimp Udon. I'm not sure what the broth is made from, we "don't ask, don't tell" because meat is a textural thing with my DD. She removed the shrimp and eats the noodle soup.

Animal Kingdom
Harambe Market used to have the BEST vegetable stack to die for, now it has veggies over rice with yogurt raita. I'm bummed.
Satuli Canteen has delicious tofu bowls
Mr Kamal's is all vegetarian with falafel and hummus

Hollywood Studios
Is a wasteland of good food for vegetarians and carnivores alike
Backlot Express has a caprese sandwich that isn't too horrible. Not great, but not horrible either.
ABC Commissary has a veggie burger (one of the last ones left in WDW) but I havn't tried it because we've sworn off of eating there. We will probably stop by when my DD joins is next so she has something to eat.

Thank you! This is a great list and we totally agree about Hollywood Studios, although I hear that there might be some good eats at Woody's Lunch Box:). Thanks again.
