Autopia better at WDW or DLR?

Is Autopia better in Disneyland or Disney World? I remember one having much better roads - like being on back country highways, etc. and the other being quite boring. Which one is the good one?

Autotopia is called Tomorrowland Speedway at WDW. Personally we like the cars better at DL as they don't produce the fumes the WDW do. Not sure about the track difference. We enjoy both.

I definitely prefer the Autopia at Disneyland vs the Tomorrowland Speedway of WDW. Driving through the trees with more twists and turns and getting a monorail going over head every now and again just makes it a much more fun ride.

Now I dont feel bad skipping WDW version. We no longer ride DLR due to fumes and cant even imagine WDW being worse.

There’s only ONE Autopia… and it’s at Disneyland! Both this and Tomorrowland Speedway are quite similar.

DL by a lot - and even it needs a refresh. They refreshed the cars in 1999 and combined the Fantasyland and Tomorrowland tracks (yes, used to be 2 separate Autopias in DL). They added all sorts or terrain features and street furniture when they did that - it was a huge improvement. Meanwhile, the WDW cars are so beat up that they barely steer and the track has been reduced by one project or another. It looks and feels like a ride that has not been improved since it opened.

DL cars are supposed to be converted to all electric, but I am skeptical. The ride takes up a HUGE footprint. Name any ride from any park you'd like to see here and it will fit if they took out Autopia and the other abandoned ride infrastructure in this area (Peoplemover, Motor Boat Cruise, probably pieces of other rides too). CA has a mandate to eliminate 2-stroke engines which IMHO is driving the announced conversion to AC cars...but we'll see. Not a fan of the racket and fumes from either Autopia or Speedway so hoping something happens, one way or another.
