Vegetarian meals to go

Can anyone suggest some good spots in DL and DCA where you can get a decent vegetarian meal?

I'd prefer something that you don't have to sit down for as we don't have a lot of time for that.

Here is a list of menus. Keep in mind that you can ask for alternatives (leave off ingredient, swap for soy based meat if available) at all counter service.

Rancho del Zocalo is great about making changes. I read on another board that they asked for beans instead of meat with no problems.

I see the site listed Plaza Inn as full service-- it's a scramble service type- you pick what you want (they can make it fresh too if you want Cobb Salad with no meat) and pay at cashier.
