Vegetarian Meals at California Grill??

I was wondering if the chef's would be able to make a vegetarian entree besides the one listed on the menu? The one I saw on the menu was a Sauteed Sweet Potato Dumplings which does not seem interesting.
Would they make something different if requested?

Have it noted on your ADR and once you arrive, ask to speak to the chef, we have Veggies in our family and they have had some wonderful meals at just about all the Table Service Restaurants, including California Grill

I think the chefs here enjoy to make something special. The service here is fantastic. Ask your server and have the chefs create something for you. I think they will enjoy the challenge!

There's a dish called "Vegetarian Unplugged" (or you can get a vegan version of it) that isn't on the menu. All of the vegan/vegetarian reviews I've read have said the chef has been willing to make it.
