Vegetarian in Disneyland and LA?

Are there any decent places for a vegetarian to eat in Disneyland, Disney California or Downtown Disney?

The girlfriend of a friend of ours is a vegetarian (no fish, but dairy is fine) and he was concerned there would not be many places for her to eat in and around Disneyland and I told him I knew just the people to ask!

Is anyone here a vegetarian, or aware of good places for a vegetarian to eat in and around the parks?

As an addition, they are spending their last three days in Beverly Hills - I assume that vegetarian will not be a problem in that area, but any recommendations would be helpful.

HI,
My 16 year old daughter is a vegetarian, and it has never been a problem to find food for her. We can go to any restaurant in either park, or Downtown disney, and find something for her. Have fun!
