There is an interesting looking dish on the menu: Tasting of Brentwood Corn - Yeast-raised Brentwood corn cakes, roasted corn salad, braised beet greens, corn nectar and popcorn shoots.
Has anyone tried it yet?
I am leaning toward California Grill but this looked interesting and I know Dh prefers Yachtsman.
