Hi everyone!
I'm in the process of planning my April/May trip, and I'm currently looking in to restaurants to eat at. I am the only vegetarian in a family of omnivores, and I don't like to let me personal choices stop them from eating where they want. However, I like to have meals beyond a salad as well...
I was wondering if, in your experience, are there any restaurants at WDW that offer vegetarian menus beyond what is listed on the published menu?
Thanks in advance!

Most all TS restaurants have at least 1 Vegetarian Choice (most are a very good choice, not just salad), but if you are Vegan you can request the dish without the items that makes it not Vegan: example: Cheese, eggs ect.

I just remembered that the Mexico restaurant "San Angel Inn" does have a special Vegetarian Menu, but you have to ask for it. I was wondering if other Restaurants may have something like this? if anyone else knows. I've looked on Allears.net and they have a section for information on Vegetarian dining at WDW, you may want to look at that.

Most restaurants have at least 1-2 veg. items on the menu. Those that don't have it listed will still offer something. My sister is a vegetarian, and accompanied us to dinner at Ohana where she figured she'd eat bread and salad. They brought her out an enormous bowl of pasta with tofu, a bunch of vegetables, and some delicious sauce.

For buffet style meals, you can ask when you're seated and someone should walk you through the buffet to show you which items fit your dietary restrictions.

I feel like I've seen that some of the signatures have separate menus. Jiko rings a bell.

I'm a vegetarian. I enjoyed Boma, Sanaa for TS and sunshine seasons and tangerine cafe for quick service. we also liked the veggie couscous in Morocco and are trying spice road table this time. I also will say that the new skipper restaurant looks friendly to both carnivores and vegetarians.

I am a vegetarian.
To reiterate what above posters have already said:
The only special menu I have seen is the one for San Angel Inn.
On our trip in October a chef at Ohana came and talked to us and brought me extra noodles with tofu and veggies.

I love how vegetarian friendly wdw is and had no problems finding food. Some of my favorites:
Be Our Guest-ratatouille
Sci Fi- vegetarian shepherd pie
Backlot Express- grilled vegetable sandwhich
Yak and yeti- vegetable lo mein.

As long as you aren't a picky vegetarian and you eat tofu or veggie burgers you should have no problems. It seemed like everywhere had an option other than a salad and if you didn't like anything on the menu they would do their best to come up with something for you
