Vegetarian at Garden Grill

Has anyone gotten the vegetarian option at Garden Grill? If so, what was it?

I had heard some good things in the past, so I thought we'd be good at this restaurant (we love it, though we haven't been since I've been a vegetarian). But recently I saw someone had gotten brussel sprouts as their vegetarian meal . I hate brussel sprouts, so if that's a common theme, I'll probably switch this one.

A few years back our family (all lacto /ovo veggies) had a great risotto, as well we had fresh carrots, the bread that is served, salad..... and dessert! I think that the veggies that are served are those that are in season and grown at Epcot... Just let them know that you hate brussel sprouts if that is the option and I am sure that a solution will be found! Our meal was delicious and my kids loved it!

Let me rise in defense of Brussels Sprouts!

And actually, I think it is important to think about the disparity between how good restaurants present Brussels Sprouts and how some of us first encountered them (generally prepared by someone we loved, but perhaps someone who didn't know the first thing about making Brussels Sprouts well). I think if you haven't had Brussels Sprouts that look like those in the photo, above, then you should really give them a try, especially if you're a vegetarian!

Anyway, it's been way too long since we've been to Garden Grill, so I'll be interested in seeing if it is something we should consider during our next visit.
