I see "Vegetable Wrap" as a menu item at several counter service locations throughout WDW. I cannot, however, find a good description of these. Are they the same at all locations? What is on them?
Thanks!

It's a salad wrap and they may vary slightly from one place to the next but it is really a salad wrap with cucumber, lettuce, tomato, possibly peppers and onions, usually with cheese (which you can usually have left off if you want vegan). If you look at the base of the salads at the standard counter service locations it will give you an idea what to expect on the wrap. I don't know if they all have the same dressing on because I always order with no dressing. If you are vegetarian I know that Pecos Bills will make their chicken wraps (and salads) as vegetarian for you. If paying OOP they knock about $2 off the price and add a bit more cheese and lose the chicken. Some places do vegetable sandwiches and these can be very different from the wraps.

Yes Tracy, I wouldn't exactly call it "vegetables"

Thanks for the info! I have the free QS dining plan and I am trying to plan ahead what to eat so that I don't make my friends wander all over until I can find something suitable. :)

I am glad to hear that they will customize if needed; that was a bit of a worry for me. I am vegetarian but not vegan; I am not much of a fan of cheese, so I will definitely ask them to leave it off. Is the sauce they use a mayo type dressing or vinigrette type?

The Studios Catering Company had a vegetable panini that was yummy, FYI. It had mushrooms, zucchini, roasted red peppers, forget what else. All Ears says it has provolone cheese but I honestly didn't remember any, so I assume there's not much.

The vegetable wrap for Picnic in the Park (you might also be able to get it at Tamu Tamu or at the place where they have grab and go at AK, if the picnic isn't available) was lettuce, carrots, portobello mushrooms, and I think cucumbers, in vinaigrette. It was okay but it really needed some roasted red peppers or something for a little zing.
