Vegas suggestions

Another vote for the fountains at Bellagio. If you can work it to be there for the last show of the night, they do the show to the Star Spangled Banner, and it is simply beatiful and awesome!

We stayed at Treasure Island, so we caught the Pirate show several times. We were there for a friend's wedding (they were married on the HMS Brittania, prior to it's daily sinking! )

Paris, The Venetian, Ceasar's, Bellagio are all spectacular to just walk around. The conservatory/flower gardens at Bellagio are wonderful, and the glass flower ceiling in the lobby is incredible.

So far we know for sure we are gonna check out NY NY, the fountains, and the pirate ship battle. I'm checking out Mickey's store even my non Disney friend said I had to check it out. I'll keep a open mind. Anybody know where to get good bagels in AM?

Ok, this is going to sound bizarre, but I laughed till I cried.

Big Elvis. (0r maybe it was Fat Elvis) He performs at the Barbary Coast. It is free and wierd and SO funny! This guy is HUGE. (Remeber Elvis at his fattest and EXPAND!) and not even a good singer, but ..... it was so Vegas. He has a fan club and everything. Plus beer at the show was only $1. We met people from Wales, London and here in Tennessee.

I just saw on the news this morning that the free pirate show at Treasure Island will be closing soon for renovations. They are going to make it more "adult" with skimpily clad women dancing along with a few pirates. They are also changing the whole theme and style of the hotel from more of a family resort to more of an adult polynesian theme. They are getting rid of the infamous skull and crossbones logo as well.
