Vegan / Vegetarian park dining experiences?

I'm vegan, and my boyfriend is vegetarian. We have the following reservations for our trip in September:

Tony’s Town Square (late lunch)
50s Prime Time Café (lunch)
Sci-Fi Dine-in Theatre (dinner)
Liberty Tree Tavern (character dinner)

The lady that made my reservations put that I was vegan under the notes on each of my reservations, so I'm hoping that will help out.

Have any of you had vegan/vegetarian experiences in any of these restaurants or any other park restaurants? I read someone's post from a year or two ago that they got a vegan bannana split at the Plaza ice cream parlor at the Magic Kingdom. I would looove to know how they did that!

I would appreciate any help/advice anyone could give me that would make getting good vegan options with as little trouble as possible.
