Vegan-friendly Resort dining?

Howdy~
My family (mom,dad,DH and 2 college age DS) will be spending 1 night at WDW the night before our DCL. I'm the only vegan in the bunch and was wondering what resort hotel restaurants would be vegan friendly, but also special, not a quick service?

Animal kingdom lodge is your best bet. We went to Sanaa and they had a couple of vegan choices on the menu that were delicious. And that resort is amazing -- worth the trip over!

Boma is great food as well, not sure the selection of vegan on the buffet.

Boma or Sanaa. They have plenty of vegan curries. If you decide on Boma which is a buffet, just ask a server/chef to show you the vegan options (there will be a ton there).

'Ohana at the Polynesian is a good option. I've only eaten there for breakfast (vegan waffles & tofu stir fry), but I've heard good things about their dinner, too.
