Just a note for any vegetarians heading to Sci-Fi or avoiding it after looking at the menu. It's not listed, but they will substitute a Boca burger for the hamburger patty if you ask. 
Boca isn't my favorite, but I was glad since DD loves this restaurant.
Liberty Tree Tavern's veg option is a mix of cooked grains and veggies. It's ok, but not spectacular. However, it is HUGE!!!!
Garden Grill's veggie option is veg ravioli with veggies in sauce. This was YUMMY! I would **so** get this again. The desserts were good, too - the lemon bar was our favorite. DD enjoyed icing and decorating her own cupcake - Mickey even cam over to sit with her and help decorate.
Pretty much every TS place at WDW either has a veg option or will whip one up for you, but I just wanted to note these since they are the ones I tried on our latest trip.
