VEA book before we go or wait until we arrive at airport?

I'd advise booking in advance but then I hate leaving that sort of thing to chance especially when I may waste precious park time.

I don't think it makes much difference to be honest .
Every time I've got the VEA I've paid cash to the driver as we got on the bus, and we've been in the same line with the folk who have paid in advance and have vouchers. They showed their vouchers to the driver when they reached him.

By prepaying you still queue as normal and are not guaranteed a seat. However, I have prepaid this time so that I do not use our holiday cash! I think you can use cards on the buses but sometimes it doesn't work and I'm only taking minimum cash this time around. At least I know I have the ticket prepaid and won't need to use my cash.

I just pay the driver .... knowing my luck if I prebooked, the flight/luggage would probably be delayed and then I'd miss my time slot for the bus.

You don't get booked onto a particular bus so it makes no difference really. We always pay when we get on.
