VB - Would couples enjoy or mostly families?

We own at BW and are considering buying a VB contract. We've never been there before so I was just curious as to whether it is a place that couples would enjoy without the kids or whether it's mostly a family resort, i.e. tons of kids. We'd likely be bringing the kids most of the time anyway but I just wondered. Thanks!

My wife and I don't have any kids, and we visit VB twice each year. We really enjoy it! Actually, I can't imagine a trip WITH kids.
The Green Cabin Room, and the Ocean Grill are favorites of ours.

I think it's good for kids but better for adults since the resort is somewhat isolated.

I think you should stay there before you buy to see if it is a place you would enjoy.

For us, 2 or 3 nights at VB is plenty (with or without kids). I think it is nice to start or end your WDW trip there, but would go nuts if I stayed there more than 2 or 3 nights. JMHO. YMMV.

Thanks for the comments and advice. We'd probably be going for a 100 pt contract so we wouldn't spend too much time there each year and would also be using those points at other resorts at the 7 month window.

My DW loved it, and that's great it allowed me to amass, errr buy more DVC points.

To my suprise, DD13, DS9 and DD5 (at the time of our first visit) also LOVED IT. We now plan on 5-7 nights there each year!

So try before you buy!

My DW loved it, and that's great it allowed me to amass, errr buy more DVC points.

To my suprise, DD13, DS9 and DD5 (at the time of our first visit) also LOVED IT. We now plan on 5-7 nights there each year!

So try before you buy!

My 10yo DS who LOVES Disney and the rides ( the faster, the better) actually told me he would prefer going to Vero over WDW. We went for the 1st time last June, and while we were there was when DS informed me he wanted to go there every year.

To quote him he said, "Tell me what resort in Disney has ALL THESE activities AND an ocean"

He got me there!
