 Hi All, our 4 nights at VB was glorious.

Check in was smooth at 3pm.

We got our request which was a non-smoking villa. That was our only request. But imagine my surprise when we could see the ocean. We were in Vacation Villa 1236, 3rd floor. It was a one bedroom and very well maintained. I did all the cooking which I enjoyed. So I really used that kitchen. Loved that jacuzzi tub.
So sorry I can't tell you about any good restaurants we didn't eat our any.

The place was not crowded on Wednesday when we got there. Pretty quiet actually. But boy by Saturday it sure changed. Lots of people moving in.

The green cabin room balcony was the best place to get a picture of the sunrise.

The anchors away weight room had some remodeling going on. So all the equipment was in the community hall.

Across the street the lake had a nature trail that my husband and I did for some excercise plus we walked that whole area over there.
I was disappointed that there was only one grill over there and it would be quite a haul to carry the food supplies. So we changed our plans for grilling to someplace else. Oh well :(

When we got there on Wednesday that had some really great sale prices on Vero Beach Logo things or Member items. I got a polo shirt with the member logo on one sleeve, vacation club on the front, and the other sleeve has vero beach. only $26.99

The pool was really a great pool and a lot of fun for all ages. But no I did not go down the slide.

It was really windy so the noseems were not that bad. I did use skin so soft.

We spent alot of time on the balcony. Reading and relaxing. I read two books. We really enjoyed ourselves. Looking forward to a longer trip next time.

The place is a haven for little ones. That pool area was being enjoyed by many.

The prices of the hamburgers by the pool were actually reasonable. DH mentioned that as we walked by.

I spent $77.00 at the grocery store. That was for all 3 meals each day. So this was a very reasonable trip.

So for anyone on a budget you can do it.
